$4,660,000 For Office Building On West Bayshore Rd in Palo Alto

Gantry arranged a 3-year, $4,660,000 bridge loan for 3600 West Bayshore Road, a 36,000 SF office building in Palo Alto.
Eric Von Berg and Tom Dao, both from Gantry’s San Francisco office, are working with Tarlton Properties, one of the building’s lead owners and its property manager, on repositioning the property. The new bridge loan provides time and flexibility so that Tarlton Properties and the owners can execute their strategy and take advantage of the upswing the in the Palo Alto office market.
