Gantry has arranged permanent refinancing in the total amount of $6,600,000 for a multi-tenant office building in downtown San Diego. The building, managed by Cethron Property Management Company, is located at 1111 6th Avenue. The six-story building contains 54,761 square feet and includes 25 parking spaces.
James Dick, a Vice President of Gantry, arranged the refinancing for the property. The lender was a correspondent insurance company of Gantry. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
