SAN DIEGO, CA – Gantry has arranged $1,615,000 in acquisition financing secured by a 9,000 SF single tenant space in San Diego. Currently the space is fully leased to Coyote Logistics, a subsidiary of UPS, on a triple net basis with one 5-year option. The property is located less than a quarter mile south from San Diego’s famous Gas Lamp District, which offers an array of eclectic bars, restaurants, and shops.

Mitch Zeemont, Principal, and Darija Walker, Associate, in Gantry’s San Francisco office, arranged the fixed-rate, 10-year term, 30-year amortization with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance companies. Gantry will service the loan. Pricing and other terms were not disclosed.
