Robert Slatt, Principal, and Charlie Kokernak, Associate, of Gantry’s San Francisco office, worked on behalf of a California based client to refinance Plaza North Shopping Center with one of Gantry’s correspondent insurance company lenders. The Center is easily accessible from the Highway 101 north-south corridor and anchored by CVS and Kmart, in addition to 35 in-line tenants. Gantry will continue to work directly with their client to service this loan.
