Terri Slocombe, a Principal of Gantry located in the San Francisco office, arranged the financing through a local bank. The loan provided a favorable fixed rate for 5 years of the 10 year loan term and included a flexible prepayment structure. The Vagabond Inn is located on Bayshore Highway just south of the San Francisco International Airport. The three-story motel contains 90 guest rooms, many of which have views of the San Francisco Bay. The Vagabond Inn offers its guests free parking, airport shuttle, a complimentary continental breakfast, and wireless internet access.
