COEUR D’ALENE, ID – Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $14,250,000 secured by the Interlake medical office building located in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
Demetri Koston, Principal, and Skip Slavin, Vice President, both from Gantry’s Washington’s offices, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower. The loan includes a highly competitive long term interest rate, a very flexible prepayment program, and requires no ongoing reserves, all of which were very important to the borrower. In addition, closing costs were very reasonable. Other specific terms of the loan remain confidential.
Interlake is a stabilized, multi-tenant medical office property that anchors the medical community in Coeur d’Alene. The property includes 86,000 sq ft of net rentable area, and is located across the street from the main hospital on a main arterial thru the submarket.
