Gantry has arranged permanent refinancing in the total amount of $3,500,000 for a 96,745 square foot, single tenant industrial property located in Vista, California.
James Dick, a Vice President of Gantry, arranged the refinancing for the property used primarily by the tenant as a cold-storage facility. The property includes a 50,000 square foot freezer, a 10,000 square foot refrigerator and a 5,000 square foot USDA meat and seafood prep facility as well as office space and 136 parking spaces. The lender was a correspondent insurance company of Gantry. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
