Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $10,000,000 for a 149,226 square foot, single-tenant, light industrial / research & development building. The subject property is located in the University Towne Centre area of San Diego County. The building serves as a major R&D and manufacturing facility for a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company.
Thomas Dudley, a Principal of Gantry, arranged the financing on behalf of one of Gantry’s insurance company correspondents. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed.
