Gantry, has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $17,000,000 for an Embassy Suites located in Tucson, AZ.

Patrick Barkley, a Principal of Gantry along with Associate Vice President, Chad Metzger, arranged the financing on behalf of one of its CMBS relationships. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed.
