On behalf of a major Southern California shopping center developer, Gantry’s Braden Turnbull, Patrick Barkley and Chad Metzger have arranged a $28.9 million long-term permanent loan to finance the acquisition of Goodyear Centerpointe, a 324,000 square foot regional power center with I-10 frontage in Goodyear, Arizona.
On behalf of a major Southern California shopping center developer, Gantry’s Braden Turnbull, Patrick Barkley and Chad Metzger have arranged a $28.9 million long-term permanent loan to finance the acquisition of Goodyear Centerpointe, a 324,000 square foot regional power center with I-10 frontage in Goodyear, Arizona. Major tenants include Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, Conn’s HomePlus, Bevmo!, Party City, Goodwill and Sport Chalet. The property is also subject to an unsubordinated ground lease. Financing was arranged through one of Gantry’s life insurance company relationships.
