Andy Bratt, Vice President, in Gantry’s Orange County office, arranged the fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for the borrower. The 10 year loan was placed with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company lenders and provides for 10 year fixed financing with 10 years of interest-only.
