SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Gantry has arranged $38,000,000 in permanent financing for 85 Bluxome, a 57,000 square foot Class A office building leased exclusively to Collective Health. Mark Ritchie and Jeff Wilcox, Principals, along with Charlie Kokernak and Armen Hadjimanoukian, Associates, from Gantry’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, arranged the financing. Completed in early 2016, the building features a 360 degree roof deck and both Delos WELL and LEED Gold certification. Located in the heart of the Central SoMa submarket, the asset is the first of many new developments slated for construction along Bluxome Street including TMG’s 501 Brannan development.

The 10-year, interest-only loan was placed with one of Gantry’s CMBS servicing relationships.
