Gantry has arranged $65,000,000 in permanent financing for a 284,000 square foot, single tenant office complex located in Sacramento, CA. George Mitsanas, Fritz Grim, and Armen Hadjimanoukian, arranged the non-recourse, fixed-rate, term loan with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company lenders.
The recently renovated property is leased to the State of California and serves as the headquarters for the California Highway Patrol. “Gantry has closed approximately $2.0 billion of Federal and State leased buildings.
