Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $12,000,000 to facilitate the purchase of Petaluma Marina Business Center. Thomas Dudley, Jr. a Principal of Gantry, and James McConnico, Vice President, secured the financing with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company lenders.
Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $12,000,000 to facilitate the purchase of Petaluma Marina Business Center. Thomas Dudley, Jr. a Principal of Gantry, and James McConnico, Vice President, secured the financing with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company lenders. The fixed rate loan is amortized over 30 years. The subject property consists of three inter-connected Class A office buildings totaling approximately 116,000 SF and is located adjacent to the award-winning Sheraton Sonoma County-Petaluma Hotel and Marina. With offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, Irvine, Los Angeles, Seattle, Las Vegas and Phoenix, Gantry is a full service mortgage banking firm with a strong lineup of correspondent lenders utilizing Gantry’s production, closing and servicing capabilities.
