About Paige
Paige Serden is a Senior Director in Gantry’s El Segundo office. Gantry is the largest privately held Mortgage Banking Company is the US. Paige joined the firm in 2018 after 35+ years in commercial real estate banking (City National Bank and Union Bank). In her career she and teams under her management have generated over $6BB in commitments. She has long-term and deep relationships in the local community. Paige is a graduate of University of San Diego, Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, Litigation Paralegal Certification (1979), Leadership Southern California Fellow (2015) and Union Banks’ s Management Training program. Community involvement includes the Southern California Leadership Network, past Board Chair, Finance chair and Governance Chair, Lambda Alpha International Board, Citizen’s Oversight Committee ($334M BHUSD Bond Issue)Chair and co-chair, past member of UCLA Ziman Center Sustaining Board and the Beverly Hills Education Foundation board. Paige is a member of the D & I committee for the CMBA, a member of the Private Directors Association, ICSC and NIAOP.
