About Jeff
Jeff Matlock is a Director in Gantry’s San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2018 after nearly 5 years with Barry Slatt Mortgage. He started in commercial lending in 2011 with StanCorp Mortgage, one of Gantry’s correspondent insurance company lenders. After relocating to the Bay Area from Portland in 2013 Jeff switched over from direct lender to mortgage banking as an associate. He rose as a mortgage banker and into his current title of Director.
He is a trusted resource for financing of apartments, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, and hotel loans. During his career he has closed over $500MM in commercial real estate financing in almost every state nationwide.
