Crischell Bacarro is an Associate in Gantry’s El Segundo office, and she provides support with debt originations. Crischell is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process. Prior to joining Gantry, she was an Operations Associate at StackSource, an online commercial lending platform. Her role was responsible for data analytics, digital marketing, and administrative and project management. Prior to StackSource, Crischell held a Senior Associate role at Tishman International Companies, where she oversaw operational strategy, project and transactions coordination, and asset management for the development firm. Crischell is a Fulbright Scholar, and she received her MBA with a concentration in Finance at Loyola Marymount University.
Crischell is actively involved in supporting organizations that seeks to advance diversity and inclusion in the industry, such as Project REAP, Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE), and African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP). She is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, ULI, the CREW Network, and the CRE Finance Council. In her spare time, she advises on project and financing strategy for Permanently Affordable Living (PAL-Kaua’i), a non-profit organization on a mission to provide homes and sustainable living solutions within reach for the people of Kaua’i.
