Benjamin Johnson

Benjamin Johnson is a Director in the San Francisco office of Gantry. He has underwritten, processed, and closed hundreds of commercial real estate loans during his time in the industry. Benjamin works on a team with three producers, a role that has led to him building experience in loans secured by a wide variety of commercial product types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, healthcare, land, and special use properties.

Benjamin’s career in commercial real estate began in 2006 when he worked as a research analyst with CBRE, Inc., followed by nine years of commercial real estate appraisal experience valuing properties in four western states. His time with CBRE helped him gain a solid underwriting background, which he utilizes in his current role.
