Daniel F. Monte recently joined Gantry along with his former employees of the Rose Hill Group, headquartered in Buffalo, NY. Dan will be working from both the Arizona and New York offices and is looking forward to this new and exciting opportunity with Gantry. He has been an active lender and mortgage banker for over 35 years. He started his first mortgage banking firm with partners John Fenoglio and Hal Holliday in 1989, and since then has originated and advised on more than $3BB of commercial real estate transactions. Dan graduated from the University of Washington and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
